The season of Lent is soon approaching. It is a wonderful time for reflection. A time to look inside ourselves to see if we are living our lives as Jesus commanded. Our children look to us as role models. What we do and say are silent messages on how they should act. If we think about our own lives, who were the people who most influenced us? Did they always do it with words? Or did they live the message they were sending? Our "village" is as strong as the people who live here. To borrow the words of a popular song, "if you want to make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and make a change!"
