Do you remember 1960? John F. Kennedy was elected president, aluminum cans were used for the first time, and going to the movies cost less than $1. Most of us were watching TV in black and white, and teenagers were dancing to the new dance craze, “the Twist”. Most importantly, St. Ann School was opening its doors to students for the first time!
We will celebrate our 50th year with a year-long birthday celebration. A birthday party for the entire school community on September 10, at 1:30 in the school gym will kick-off our celebrations. There will be numerous events held throughout the year that will involve current students and parents, alumni, and community members. We will remember our rich heritage and honor those who have contributed so much to St. Ann School. As events approach, you can get the latest news by visiting this website. Please join us in celebrating this very special year!
Sincerely,
Kathy Brooks
